About our School

We have two classrooms, a kitchen area, large social area, indoor sports hall and outdoor MUGA.

Learners can enjoy a range of activities around their education by utilising our R.E.A.C.H rewards scheme where they can access various different incentives and rewards to challenge them within their studies.

Last year 91% of our students progressed to College or employment and 81% achieved a level 1 qualification.

Our Curriculum

We offer a broad, balanced and ambitious curriculum that helps young people re-engage with learning and develop the skills and qualifications they need for their next steps in education.

Teaching is tailored to learners’ ages, abilities and individual needs. Targeted assessments in reading, spelling and numeracy help us identify starting points and provide the right support and challenge.

Our core curriculum includes:

English
Mathematics
Applied Science
Creative Studies
Vocational Studies
Sport
Personal and Social Development, including PSHE and Relationships and Sex Education (RSE)

At Key Stage 4, learners can work towards qualifications across our core subject areas. Physical Education (PE) is offered separately as an enrichment subject without accreditation.

Through this combination of academic, practical and personal learning, we help young people build confidence and prepare for the next stage of their education.
